Is there a setup fee?

No. $99/mo flat. 30-day money-back. You can pause per-client scans without losing your seat — every client site stays available within your 10-site allotment.

How does the white-label PDF work?

On the Agency plan, every Defense PDF substitutes your logo and firm name in the cover, certification footer, and per-page footer. Upload your logo (SVG or 2× PNG) once in /settings → Branding. The integrity hash, axe-core version, and disclaimer block are NOT removed — they cannot be removed; that's what gives the PDF its evidentiary value.

Can I add my own custom rules or recommendations?

Today: append a custom 'Agency notes' section to each PDF (markdown). Coming Q3 2026: per-firm rule additions and severity overrides. Roadmap input is part of the Agency plan.

What about >10 clients?

Write to hello@scan-access.com. We will price an Agency-Plus package — typically $9/mo per additional site, with shared scan credits.

Do you handle agency-to-client billing for me?

Not at MVP — you bill your client and pay us directly. We may add agency-managed sub-billing (Stripe Connect) post-Q3 2026 if there's demand.
