Terms of service

1. Parties

The micro-enterprise Scan-Access ("ScanAccess") and the business user subscribing to the service ("you").

2. Service description

ScanAccess provides a SaaS service that automatically detects accessibility non-conformities. The service never modifies your site and does not provide legal immunity.

3. Subscription & payment

Monthly or annual subscription, billed via Stripe. Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current period.

4. Acceptable use

  • You only scan sites you have permission to scan.
  • No reselling of the report without written agreement (Agency white-label is the exception).
  • No competitive-harassment scanning.

5. Fix-AI and third-party providers

The Fix-AI module sends public HTML to a third-party provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google depending on your configuration). Providers are bound by no-training, no-retention agreements.

6. Liability

ScanAccess is provided "as is". Our liability is capped at the amount you paid over the prior 12 months. No legal-standard compliance is guaranteed; an automated audit covers 25–57% of WCAG criteria.

7. Termination

You can terminate anytime in Billing → Manage subscription. Your data is anonymised 30 days after termination.

8. Governing law

French law. Paris Commercial Court has jurisdiction over disputes.
